Is an item not quite to your liking? That can happen. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your package. Register your return by sending an e-mail to [email protected] in which you give your name, invoice number / order number, item(s) and any reason for return. Once you have registered the return you will receive an email with a return label, which can be delivered to a PostNL location. When you make use of this, we will deduct 6.95 euros during the refund of the purchase amount and you do not have to pay anything at the post office. This saves one action than when you have to frank it yourself at the post office. This applies to our customers from the Netherlands.

If you do not want to use the return label you may send your return by post (at your own expense) to the following address (please register your return via email):

Remember that in that case you have to take the shipping ticket with you. The Track & Trace code is on there, so you can follow the package.

Do not forget to include your invoice (or a copy thereof) with the package of your return shipment. This way we can process your return as quickly as possible. Once we have received your item and processed your return we will refund the purchase price within one business day.

You may also drop off a return in our clinic in Amsterdam. Saves you shipping costs and is of course more convenient. In that case we would like to ask you to bring your invoice (or a copy thereof) to the clinic for optimal processing of your return.

Unfortunately it is currently very busy, so processing your return may take a little longer than you are used to. If it takes longer than a week, please contact us.

Return conditions

  • The article is not used, used or the seal is still intact.
  • Everything is complete and no traces of use or tears in boxes
  • The article is within 14 days of receipt back to us
  • The article is delivered to us in good condition
  • Toothbrush boxes are not intended to be used as shipping boxes. If you want to return your toothbrush, please put them in the shipping box.
